We reserve the right to decline any service request at our sole discretion if, in our professional judgment, the service cannot be performed safely, the vehicle or situation poses a risk to our personnel or equipment, or the request falls outside our service capabilities or geographic coverage area.

Online form submissions are service requests, not confirmed bookings. All service requests are subject to availability and confirmation by our dispatch team.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when requesting service, including your name, phone number, exact location, vehicle description, and nature of the problem. Providing false or misleading information may result in delayed service, additional charges, or refusal of service.
Our advertised response time of 25–35 minutes is an estimated average and is not a guarantee. Actual response times vary based on your location, traffic conditions, weather, time of day, current call volume, and truck availability. We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.
By requesting towing or roadside assistance for a vehicle, you represent and warrant that you are the registered owner of the vehicle or that you have been authorized by the registered owner to request such services. You agree to provide proof of ownership or authorization upon request. We reserve the right to refuse service if ownership or authorization cannot be verified.
We provide price quotes before dispatching a truck whenever possible. The quoted price is based on the information you provide at the time of the request. If the actual service conditions differ materially from what was described (e.g., the vehicle is a different size, the location is different, or additional services are needed), the price may be adjusted. Any price adjustments will be communicated to you before additional work is performed.
Payment is due in full at the time of service completion unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing. We accept the following payment methods:
All prices are exclusive of applicable sales tax unless otherwise stated. Florida state sales tax and any applicable local taxes will be added to the total amount due where required by law.

We do not bill insurance companies directly. If your auto insurance policy includes towing or roadside assistance coverage, we will provide you with a detailed receipt that you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. We make no guarantees regarding insurance reimbursement.
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us at (321) 999-4693 within thirty (30) days of the service date. We will review the charge and work with you to resolve the issue in good faith.
Failure to pay for services rendered may result in a lien on the vehicle in accordance with Florida Statutes Chapter 713 (Liens) and Chapter 715 (Disposition of Personal Property), collection action, and/or reporting to credit agencies. You agree to pay all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney's fees, if we are required to take legal action to collect unpaid amounts.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to your vehicle, including but not limited to scratches, dents, mechanical issues, flat tires, broken glass, or cosmetic damage that existed prior to our arrival. We encourage you to document the condition of your vehicle with photographs before service begins.
We exercise reasonable care in the handling, loading, transport, and unloading of your vehicle. If your vehicle sustains damage that is directly and solely caused by our negligence during service, we will work with you to resolve the matter. Our liability for any damage caused during service is limited to the reasonable cost of repair, not to exceed the fair market value of the vehicle at the time of service.
We are not responsible for personal property left inside or on the vehicle during towing or service, including but not limited to electronics, cash, clothing, tools, aftermarket accessories, cargo, or any other personal belongings. Remove all valuables from your vehicle before towing whenever possible.
If you request that your vehicle be towed to a specific location (e.g., a repair shop, your home, a parking lot), our responsibility for the vehicle ends upon delivery to the requested destination. We are not responsible for the security of your vehicle after it has been delivered and our driver has departed the drop-off location.
If you cancel a service call after a truck has been dispatched and is en route, a dispatch or trip fee may apply. If our driver arrives on scene and you are not present or unreachable for more than 15 minutes, the service call may be treated as a completed dispatch and a fee may be charged.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AUTO ASSISTANCE & TOWING LLC, ITS OWNERS, MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND CONTRACTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OF OUR SERVICES OR WEBSITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF USE OF THE VEHICLE, RENTAL CAR COSTS, MISSED APPOINTMENTS, LOST WAGES, OR EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES ARE BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO A SINGLE SERVICE CALL SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THAT SPECIFIC SERVICE CALL, OR (B) FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($500.00).
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, traffic accidents, road closures, civil unrest, pandemics, government actions, equipment failure, or other force majeure events.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Auto Assistance & Towing LLC, its owners, members, managers, employees, agents, and contractors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to:
